Overnight oat is a good idea for people who have not too much time or they are just lazy to make a breakfast in the morning. An extra benefit is that overnight oat is a fast and easy recipe and it is health and nutritious meal.

Preparation time: 2 minutes
Servings: 1 large or 2 small

  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oat
  • 2/3 cup coconut or cow milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut shreds

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a jar.
  2. Close and put into the fridge on 4 hours (better at whole night).
